Pinguicula moranensis {Veracruz} is a captivating carnivorous butterwort that actively traps insects through its sticky leaf surfaces. Each plant measures 1-2 inches across and arrives bare root in protective packaging, shipped Mondays and Wednesdays to ensure optimal transit conditions. These specimens have been cultivated under controlled LED lighting with daytime temperatures of 75-80°F and nighttime lows of 55-70°F, establishing robust growing conditions. Plants are currently in vegetative growth; flowering may occur under proper care. Bare root shipment minimizes stress and allows you to establish your preferred growing medium. A heating pack is strongly recommended during winter months to prevent temperature shock in transit—one pack per order suffices. Note that plants without adequate temperature protection during shipping are not covered under our responsibility policy. The pictured examples represent the quality and maturity you can expect to receive.
